My goal is to help you get where you want to be and teach you how to maintain your results for LIFE - on your own. Many of my clients start with 1:1 nutrition coaching, then simply change to the standard FLEX membership when they're ready to 'go it alone' on their nutrition! This is typically a 3-6 month process.

Hi, I'm Kassie! I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach through NASM. But more importantly, I'm a mom of 2 who dropped 60 pounds and got into the best shape of my life. I just entered my 40s, and I feel better than I ever have - and I LOVE helping other moms and women build the healthiest, strongest versions of themselves after babies.
My approach is to give you straightforward, simple strategies for dropping fat for GOOD and building lean, strong muscle. I focus on helping you fuel your body RIGHT so that you optimize your metabolism (which triggers fat burning), improve digestion and gut health (bye bye, bloating!), and get the physique you've always wanted.
